Rocky Bay Movement

We are very excited to be organising the inaugural Rocky Bay Movement on the lawn next to the store this peak summer holiday time. Starting from 27 December and running through to 11 January, this is an endeavour to bring some life to the site and share this beautiful space with others.

Four local teachers are on board to run daily sessions from 8am - 9am,. Michelle, Osher, Fe and Satya are ready to bring a mix of restorative and mindful movement practice.

Because the primary reason is to raise the consciousness of the project, we are keeping prices low (from $10 - $20 depending on what you can pay) in order that all who wish to participate can.

If its rainy we will either move to the hall (on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays) or take a pause for the day.

As a yoga novice I am looking forward to enjoying some outdoor yoga and other movement to start my day!
