This summer marks the first-ever Rocky Bay Movement Series, held on the lawn beside the old Rocky Bay Store. It’s a community initiative to reawaken this long-quiet space and nurture connection, energy, and well-being.
Mel and Simon are restoring the store and envision this project as a way to build community spirit around it. Each morning, join one of four local teachers for movement practices that blend mindfulness, breath, and flow:
Osher – Body Light: a fusion of Pilates, yoga, Qigong, and mindfulness.
Michelle – a gentle yet powerful session with movement and meditation.
Fe – dynamic practice combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Hatha Taga styles.
Satya – Inner Flow and Restore: an intuitive, grounding class to release stress and start your day renewed.
Classes are offered on a sliding scale of $10–$20 — pay what you can. Sessions move gently or energetically and always end with deep relaxation to leave you grounded, refreshed, and centered.

Satya Mendez
Satya does Inner flow and restore. A dynamic yet calming class combining intuitive flow and rectorate stillness - build energy, release stress and start your day feeling entered and renewed. This is a morning practice that moves with you. Gentle or energising, ending in deep relaxation to start your day grounded, refreshed and centered
Michelle Rose
Michelle does a gentle yet powerful session including a little meditation.
